If you are interested in working in an academic or non-academic health profession abroad, you will need a Certificate of good standing (Certificate of good standing).
You may file an appeal against decisions of the German Patent and Trade Mark Office in intellectual property proceedings.
If you export plants, plant products or other objects to countries outside the EU, they must not contain any harmful organisms. As proof of this, you must apply for a phytosanitary certificate or a pre-export certificate or re-export certificate.
Marks that serve to distinguish the goods and services of one company from those of other companies can be protected as trademarks at the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA).
Do you own a recreational craft and want or need to register it in the register of seagoing vessels? To do this, you need a ship's tonnage certificate, which you can apply for at the Federal Maritime and Hydrographic Agency (BSH).
As a manufacturer or importer of tattooing products including certain comparable substances and preparations, you must notify the Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL) of the formulations.
